Hi folks, I received NOI around 3.30pm. However, I cant use it, as my 1-year experience will only be completed on Feb 4th. My CRS is 442 and profile was created on 3rd Jan 2018. All the best guys.
Up to you. If you want security go ahead. All you need to do is to send out application after 4th of Feb and you are good to go. That is still within that 45 days limit.

Since I"m on CEC I have two NOCs 6311 and 1215. And FYI you should have completed one year on or before the day you received NOI to be ligible. Hope that helps.

Understood. However did you check if you meet criteria for FSW class (there you need 1 year of work experience within last 5 years).

When did you create your express entry profile ?

In that case you created you profile way too early and it was accepted only because of the strange counting of whole month of work experience.

Exactly. I had no idea that they would put my profile in to the pool. I hope a draw will happen on Wednesday to end the anxiety.

Can you please share your NOC code and also looks like yours was a newly created profile, not a recreated one. Going by your user name, are you a physician?
I am a Physiotherapist. But my work experience is in different fields.

That is the most recent update on the OINP website with regard to profile age. I think something else to back up the fact that recreating profiles helps is that most of the people that I know received NOIs on this forum, recreated their profile.

@sundar17feb99 @trumprefugee @iamxty - thoughts?

It is true that in 2017, re-creating profile made it easier for people to get NOI from Ontario. However, they have spent the last 3 weeks doing system maintenance, so who knows how their new system works now.

I would recommend re-creating profile only if you are not borderline, i.e., your score is too low to receive ITA any time soon. With the tie-breaking rules, if your score is at the CRS required for an ITA, you might still not receive ITA if your profile is newer than the tie-breaker time. Whether your score is borderline or not depends on how optimistic or pessimistic you are, as well as your timeline and risk tolerance. I personally would not recommend anyone 430+ to re-create profile, as 430+ is likely to result in direct ITA within a month or 2. I would recommend someone like me who was at 410 or lower and had no hope of improving to re-create profile. Anywhere in between, I would leave it up to the person to decide.

Could you state the role which you are playing? I mean, in which field?
My previous experience was in food service, as a supervisor (10 months). And my current job for past 1and half month is supervisor in supply chain field. I know its crazy :D

Do you work in Ontario right now? Did you study in Ontario before?
