My husband and I had applied for the Express Entry Program. We received our ITA last year and our application (including all required docs) was submitted in July 2017. We were told it takes anytime between 3-6 months for processing. However in the same month we received an update from CIC for submission of 1 more pending document. Due to certain circumstances we were unable to file this doc at the time of submission.
We anyways managed to submit it before the deadline, and this was done in August 2017. We had also paid a fee for something called a 'landing fee' in the month of October. It has been 6 months now and we are still waiting for an update on our case.
As per the agency whom we are dealing with, our application status is showing under processing.
If anyone has information on when can we expect an update on CIC please do let me know. As we are getting really anxious.
