OINP - EE - Human Capital Priorities Stream - Comprehensive Guide

Hi ,

I have a doubt regarding my work experience for qualifying within OINP hcp stream. I would be obliged if anyone you can clarify my doubt.

According to OINP hcp criteria

-you have accumulated a continuous period of at least one year of paid full- time work experience, or the equivalent in paid part-time work experience, within the last five years from the date of your NOI from Ontario, and

So my work experience comes within 5 years but its not 1 full year within that 5 year ...
I dont know if I am eligible to qualify for OINP hcp stream

RECREATING EE PROFILE FOR NOI ?
Guys first I wish u luck !
I have few questions:
1. Should I recreate profile or withdraw application? (in the answer sheet for new profile should we pick that we already applied?
2. Opening OINP profile is after getting NOI in EE or before ?

Assessment 18/01/2018

Also many old November 2017 files started moving, and the ones at Assessment started receiving ADRs or moving to DIP.

Education- PhD
Experience- 10 years
Spouse- Bachelors NOC 2173 (ICT) but lower CRS
Real Sister PR in Ontario


What are my chances of getting HCP NOI?

dear Pure Soul - did you try calculating the CRS keeping your spouse as primary? with her sibling in Canada there are chances of a better score. Additionally, it has been observed that applicants with sub 400 scores with ICT have been nominated. It all depends on OINP. Nomination cannot be ruled out. However please have your spouse appear for IELTS and improve scores. This is the best way to increase your CRS.

My crs is 419 with NOC 1121, please anybody guide if I will be able to get NOI this time as have been waiting since July 2017. Have already recreated the profile in November. Waiting since then . Is there any OINP list released as well.
