I am applying for my Study Permit tomorrow for the May intake and I just want guidance on the documents that i have readied. The following documents are the ones that I am submitting:

Application form
Photo
Passport copy
Medical Letter
Letter of Explanation
Family form
Sponsorship Letter from Employer + written affidavit on stamp paper signed by public notary + Bank account maintenance certificate

Are these documents enough and am I good to go?

Requirements of embassy for study permit....
1.canada application form( 4 forms available on net)
2.statement of purpose (sop, write 2-3 pages)
3.acceptance letter from university
4.offer letter from university
5. Evidence of fee paid to university
6. Ielts photocopy ( must be notarized from notary public)
7. All educational documents photocopy (attested from hec, ibcc, and notarized from notary public )
8. Bank statement( original documents of bank which shows ur details of account and it must be sixth month old account)
9.source of income( mostly show property of 2-3 crore or above,)
10. Family registration certificate (FRC from nadra) original
11.police clearance certificate original
12. Polio certificate original
13. Ur nic and ur father mother nics photocopy and must be notarized
14. Ur original passport and all pages of it photocopy

Note: upload the original results you are applying online and submit the notarized photocopy if you are applying on paper as they wont return any original docs.

Income tax returns are also to be submitted if applicable.

Police certificate and family registration certificate is missing too and did you not give IELTS?

And having a property of 2-3 crore is an advantage not a must.

So basically. I did my under grad from The University of Nottingham. It is not a Pakistani a university. I have the original and certified degree certificates and Transcripts. That I will upload.

I have the acceptance letter from the university. I have the polio certificate.

My education is being sponsored by my employer. So I have a sponsorship letter and affidavit from them along with a bank certificate with all the details. It’s a big green energy company in Pakistan.

Is this okay?

The UK one? Yes the transcripts will be fine. I don't think that they would be able to provide you a bank statement as that may be confidential. @hussain-lala is sponsored by his employer but they paid the tuition fee. If you can pay that and get a receipt, that would have been better. Also you need to get Police certificate from places where you have lived for more than 6 months and family registration certificate. It would really help in the security check and i have seen some refusals based on that.

What about property valuation certificates? Do you have your property here in Pakistan? Because need to show strong ties and showing property along with its valuation would be a huge plus. Get it done by a commercial evaluator.

Exactly. That’s what my employer said. That they can’t provide me with bank statements since those details are confidential. They have provided me with a Account maintenance certificate which shows the account name and other details such as when it was opened and if it still active. Otherwise there is a sponsorship letter and an affidavit from them. As far as tuition fee is concerned, my employer says that they would release the funds to the University the day I register for my course.

I also have strong ties to my country since after completing my undergrad I came back to Pakistan to work and have been here for ge past 3 years working. Last year I went for a 4 month course to the UK and came back after that. That 4 month course was also sponsored by my employer.

What about property valuation certificates? Do you have your property here in Pakistan? Because need to show strong ties and showing property along with its valuation would be a huge plus. Get it done by a commercial evaluator.

I don’t really have any property in my name. What do I have is the fact that my sponsor letter states that I need to come back after the course finishes since it is a requirement of my employer.

What about any property in the name of your parents? Also get Police clearance certificate and Family registration certificate. They are crucial.

Have a family registration certificate. Don’t have a police certificate since the online application checklist said that it is not mandatory for a temporary residence visa such as the study permit.

Get one. Don't trust the list. They haven't mentioned IELTS too but i was refused for it though my academics proved my language proficiency skills. You'll get it in 10 days. Better be safe than sorry.

I stayed in Malaysia too for more than 6 months and I’m not in Malaysia currently and they won’t issue a police clearance certificate from over here.

Same for the UK. Getting a police certificate from over there would be very difficult. I’ll get one from here tomorrow.

Just hope I get my visa since my travel history is very good.
