I have one more question, I had Singapore Visa rejected last year.

I do not have any information or reason for rejection neither is there any stamp on my passport nor any other document. Just one email from the Visa agent that your visa has been rejected by Singapore authorities.

What should I submit for the following question ?

Has ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

Is just the answer that "Yes. Singapore Visa. April 2017" enough ? or do I need to provide any justification ?

There is no requirement to provide a reason for rejection. You simply have to state the rejection, the kind of visa requested and when was it rejected.

I just received my 3rd set of gcms notes with following status:

Crim: Passed
Medical : Passed
Eligibility: Passed
Security: I

My aor is 17th july 2017 and r10 passed on 29th july. I dont understand what is meant by "I" in security section. I am not able to find security screening in my notes though under security section updated is mentioned and whole page is redacted under section 15.1 on right corner. I am specifically looking for SS. Due date supposed to be 5th jan 2018. Kindly guide is it all related to security screening and I should wait for long now? Thanks!

A query on the processing, particularly BGC, of a couple not living together, that is, staying in different countries.

Is the BGC for both done in the PA’s LVO or where the applicants (PA and dependent) are residing?

My file (I am the PA) is already in SGVO and I recently added my spouse who is residing and working in India. Will his BGC be done in NDVO or in PA’s LVO? Just to add, my husband is a state government employee for 8 years. We are still waiting for our first set of GCMS notes.

The BGC is done by CBSA, is is initiated by the where the application is being processed, which can be the LVO, CPC, CIO etc. But definitely not in a country LVO which has no connection. In case of any specific verifications, the file may be sent to the local office, but is very are.

Can you please help me regarding my file, I don't know what to do.

I Submitted my application on March 28th, under EE, PNP (OINP).
R10 check and medicals passed on July 14th.
Since that day, my background check just shows Not applicable.
I ordered GCMS on november 23rd, I received them today.
I was surprised that file was transferred to Paris VO on August 10th, but not single activity was done at Paris since then.
GCMS notes show Criminality : Passed - Medicals Passed.
But Eligibility and Security: Not started
The latest notes made by case analyst at CPC, everything is ok, ready to finalize.


PS: During my application being processed, I changed country of residence from Oman to Tunisia, I informed IRCC about and they acknowledged the receipt of the same.

Please advice what should I do, emails to Paris VO did not help, they do not provide any information other than: We are processing, please wait.

The application processing is a slow process and unpredictable. Unfortunately you cannot do much, you will have to just wait. You can order more GCMS notes for time to time to track your progress, but you will have to wait it out.

If the bank letter does not give average balance and current balance, then the last 6 months and an explanation in LOE will help. There is no requirement for providing source of funds, but you can add it.

Need to ask one more thing.

I was transferred from my home country to the country of residence by my company.

So, I have to submit separate letter of recommendation for both places separately.

But the HR at my home country has denied to give letter as per CIC requirement. So, I am planning to submit the standard service letter from HR, pay stubs and a notarized job duties letter from an ex-colleague for that portion. Whereas, in country of residence my Manager has given me job responsibilities attestation on company letter head and all other details mentioned on hr letter again on letter head.

So, will it raise any concern to Case Officer that same company (although different countries) have different types of letters for different job periods?

Should I worry or as long as I provide all relevant details, it is fine ?

It's been more than 40 days now since I ordered my GCMS notes and IRCC is yet to release them. I know I'm in Security Screening since September 11th, do you think this delay in issuing the GCMS is a result of SS? and if so, at what stage do you think they are ? the first set of notes i received back in October showed the Security Screening activity. What could be the hold-up now?

Thank you for response.. Can you please provide some inputs for my difference of points between EE profile and in CRS tool?

When I compared both breakdowns of scores, it looks like I did not get points for my CRS education score at the end which should be 15,

In CRS tool, it's giving me CRS-Education 15 points whereas in my profile it's showing as 0, does this mean there's a mistake in calculating my points, or maybe I might have entered details in wrong way.?
I only have 2-year diploma here in Canada

Age: between 20-29
Education: 2-year diploma in Canada
Foreign Education: High School Graduate
Canadian Work Experience:1 year
Foreign Work Experience: None
