Hey, you have got to be careful here. If you selected, "spouse not accompanying to Canada" (which I assume you did), you might not be able to sponsor your spouse once you land in Canada. From what other members of ROH have said in the past, you might need to decline this ITA and wait for a new one together with your spouse.Hello..
I am married..my individual crs is 463 and along with my spouse is 438. I have got an ITA based on my individual scores.
Can i apply alone?
If yes how long it will take for my husband to join me there?
Thank you for quick reply. Actually i am getting it done through consultant and i had told him to apply it for both. But i do not how i alone got it..anyways i will decline it.Hey, you have got to be careful here. I think the first round for HCP was either March or April.thanks srikanth, wish u too good luck!
when did they begin with NOI last year for oinp?
thank you bro, 462 .....i am good to goOh my GOD.....THANK YOUUUUUU
Thanks a lot! Also what I understand we will notification on our EE account if we are selected for ONIP.. Is my understanding correct?nope.
Technically once you have NOI you will have 45 days to create a profile in their online system (to get login). and from the day of creating online profile you shall have those 14 days to send out all documents.
So technically up to 60 days.
But, they do issue more NOI than what they can accept (just like with ITA, they count with certain waste amount). So at any time they can announce, that their portal does not accept anymore application.
Hence there is a race is and who has the documents ready and can send them out fast before they close their portal.
Technically you can get everything in advance except of your current employer reference letter (which should take maybe just few days to get it).
So hi agent was kind a way correct about that will happen in reality. Increased CRS for ITA will prompt lot of people to pursue PNP, so the competition will be there.
Good luck
Corret, you will get NOI as a message on your EE accountThanks a lot! Also what I understand we will notification on our EE account if we are selected for ONIP.. Is my understanding correct?
He can accept ITA but his CRS points with spouse must be above the points in that particular draw. And I assume if they fall on the lowest points in that draw he also needs to check if the tie rule would not be against him.Hey, you have got to be careful here.
