yes, i re-created my profile, but i am getting 1 year experience point. i think i am not getting something right.

Thanks! I am currently at 418, when I inquired for ONIP to my immigration agent, he said you will have to have all document ready if you want to apply for ONIP and you might get just one day to submit all scan copies of those docs once ONIP is open, m bit doubtful, is this true?

Technically once you have NOI you will have 45 days to create a profile in their online system (to get login). and from the day of creating online profile you shall have those 14 days to send out all documents.
So technically up to 60 days.
But, they do issue more NOI than what they can accept (just like with ITA, they count with certain waste amount). So at any time they can announce, that their portal does not accept anymore application.
Hence there is a race is and who has the documents ready and can send them out fast before they close their portal.
Technically you can get everything in advance except of your current employer reference letter (which should take maybe just few days to get it).
So hi agent was kind a way correct about that will happen in reality. Increased CRS for ITA will prompt lot of people to pursue PNP, so the competition will be there.

Include a copy of both passports in the Passport document holder, and explain the situation in an LOE. It won't be an issue.

I need one more advise.
The expiry date of my old passport was 27 Nov 2018, which was terminated on 5th Jan since i was issued a new passport on 8th.
While updating the PR application with new passport details I am not able to change the expiry date of the old passport in the application.
How do I go about this issue?

Do i need to put my spouse's work experiences in work history? Her experiences are outside canada.

Secondly, I have 10 year experience. So I have to add all my experiences in work history or only for the recent job which is 4th year running to claim points.

You do not have to put your spouse work experience (if it is outside Canada) or you can put it and later on you do not have to forward any supporting proof for it (simply explaining, that you are claiming no points for it).

Attention you can get CRS points for up to 3 years of international experience (with at least 1 continous year in one NOC) and for up to 8 years of Canadian experience.
However for entering EE as such you can get points (67 of 100 requirement) for up to 6 years of work experience.
Also if you are PNP you need to proove all work experience that you have stated for PNP istelf (eg. Saskatchewan gives points for up to 10 years of work experience).
