Hi,
I know a guy who is an international student, but, contrary to his work permit allowance, he has worked more than 20 hours in a week as well as worked 40 hours many times on Uber.
1) is it legal for him to do so?
2) if its not legal, can I report this action to any authority?
3) Will this reporting result in non issuance of his work permit after studies?

No one is saying not to report but seriously why would you go out of your way to jump to conclusions. Since you know so much about his life you are his "friend"? My God its just so sad. Than you would rather sink a persons life rather than talk to him. Since you know every detail of his life!?
