Quick question all about letter of employment duties.
I am starting the process of obtaining this document now. I do not have ITA yet, but things at my current employer are quite bad ( long story, bullying staff, trying to force staff to sign new contracts removing certain legal rights ) so may have to leave my current employer within this month to get out of the toxic environment
Does anybody know how recently dated the letter confirming employment duties needs to be ?
I actually have one from last year, but can get the same issued again and signed in the next week or so. If I am lucky enough to get an NOI from OINP when it re-opens, I know it should be fine, but, the earliest I can expect an ITA is March, would a letter from January be ok for a March ITA ?
Or in short, how recent does the letter of employment need to be dated ?
Thank you again and best wishes
