Now looks like my turn with good news (for us).

The ECAS has an update "Decision Made" and GCKey has Medical Exam request with attached "IMM 1017E" form as of 01/11/18.
YES!!! I am so happy for two of you! It indeed took so long though!! But it is finally straighten. Yipee!

Thank You! My Ecas is the same just different dates.
Hey @rikta92 question since you’re also from Bosnia, did you submit just the police certificate from the MUP? Or the police certificate and the court certificate from the Opstinski sud? I, for some stupid reason, went to check this and see on the website they require both...we however only submitted the police certificate. Wondering if my husband should get the court one ASAP and submit it

@Miraclejj They have been waiting for sponsor approval which took longer than many of us. So this is a huge relief :)
He is Oct. applicant, and received SA one and half months later, it is not long, still within the normal time frame. I also received SA about one and half months, after CIC received our application. But, ya, feel happy for them too.:)

Yes, All I have for now is "Decision Made" on ECAS, there is no formal SA email yet, but this "Decision Made" for Sponsor and Medical request for PA leads me to believe that SA will follow. Since the Sponsor's UCI number was assigned in 1993 I would assume additional checks for Sponsor were made. Just my guess.

May I know which VO your case will be transferred to?

The PA was born in Ukraine, but lives in US (out of status) and my hope is case will be processed not overseas.
Mmm, that is a little complicated. Did she ever live in US legally over 12 consecutive months? If not, then 100% that her application will be transferred to her local VO for further assessment, and if an interview is requested (most likely, because of her immigration record in US), she has to leave US to attend it. Even she lived legally over 12 months, that is still CIC's discretion to process her VISA at Ottawa, and most time, they won't. If you haven't submit your application, I would suggest you take time to prepare a very strong case to avoid the interview. Since you did submit it, just be prepare for the worst.

Agree, just trying to understand how US history affects Canada immigration. The PA does not have any immigration record in US at all. All we have 17 years undocumented presence in US and 11 years marriage with dual US-Canadian citizen, with US born child (Canadian by Sponsor as well).
Well, one thing at the time and I will report to the forum our progress.

I've submitted two PC. One from MUP(waited 7 days for that one) and ine from Opstinski sud.

They asked for two and both are called Uvjerenje

Is it possible that we can apply our spouses for an open work permit while waiting for their papers or just tourist visa?

So the the lines we have are:
  1. We received xx application for permanent residence on October 11, 2017.
  2. We started processing xx application on December 4, 2017.
  3. We sent xx correspondence on November 23, 2017. If xx has not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please have xx do so as soon as possible. Please wait until xx receives the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
  4. Medical results have been received.
And it’s 2. that we took at AOR2. You’ll also hear it referred to as “the third line in ECAS” because it’s usually the third thing to show up.
After the medical has been submitted by the panel physician, how long does it take in ecas to show that it has been received?
