Yes to the date i ordered..what i thought..and i have to wait for the famous ppr or order them again :/

Good time of the day.
I also got AOR in July 2017. and yes - still waiting. (stuck in phase 2 Background check since Aug. 25)
What I'd like to know is this:
Has anyone, after waiting 6 months, connected to CIC through EE account asking about their case ????
And if yes what was the answer ?

Just got my gcms note...it showed as follows;
Assessments
Eligibility: Passed
Security:

Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Info Sharing: Complete
Other Reqs:
Final:
Pls i saw "cancelled" on the status of a column known as "kits and application forms".
So anyone with idea of the meaning of all these?

Got The PPR!!!!!

My timeline
AOR - 16th July
Ordered GCMS notes - 11th Dec. (Yet to receive)
14th Dec. - 'We do not need additional documents'
10th Jan - BG changed from NA to We are processing ur background check. We will send you a message if we need any info.
11th Jan - RPRF request and paid on same date.
13th Jan - PPR email.

So exactly on 180 days, got the PPR email.

The last few days were hectic updates / rprf requests and may be ordering GCMS notes set everything in motion.

Thank you to all of you on the forum for the assistance - right from initial research stage to ITA to application to the waiting period. And good luck to everyone

BG had been NA for months but went last week to we are processing your background check

Today, I received an informative mail from ircc saying congratulations u are now an immigration candidate
It invites me to know more about Canada and it also says: In case u are accepted, there are places where u should get prepared to live in Canada

Have u ever heard about a mail like this?

The same thing happened to me on december 1st. I've read somewhere that it might indicate a transfer of the file to your Local Visa Office, however it was not my case. My closest Visa Office is Sao Paulo, Brazil, but after receiving this message "How to find a job in Canada" the Ottawa officer told me that the application was still there.

I'm CEC Outland
AOR July 11th
Medicals Passed and ADR August 24th
ADR sent on September 26th
No ADR on December 2nd
Still waiting for PPR

Well my file was still at Ottawa few weeks ago
Maybe it means it got transferred to my local visa
Anyway, I ll complete the six months in few days

Hello July 2017 applicants! Well, this thread was once so active; of course, July applications have mostly received their PR so far and are now celebrating. I am a CEC applicant, 185 days passed, and as an Iranian I know that I have to wait at least for another 120 days. I’ll make sure to keep here alive if not turned into fossil!

Your question looks tricky to answer.
First of all, I guess the whole "IP1, IP2, NA, ETC" is just something we use as broad guide for us to see and feel how our application is going, but it looks far from being 100% true to what's actually happening. To be sure I guess the only way is through GCMS notes.
Another thing is that even for guessing it would be necessary to take a look at your application status tab on you MyCIC account.
Please don't take me as an expert advisor, but as far as I've read in other cases simmilar to yours, when they ask for these informations such as Height, Eye Colour, etc, is because they are wrapping up the application.
If I were you I would be happy, and waiting for some good news soon.
