Hi,
I submitted my passport on 14th december to vfs. It's almost a month now and i still haven't received it. I have a valid Canadian visit visa which they probably will cancel while stamping my PR but other than that I have no idea why my passport is stuck at NDVO. I have written/called/emailed them but got no reply. Any suggestions on what could be the problem or what can I do next?

Can you not track it with VFS staff ?

Only the last name (example , complete name is Rahul Verma, then you just have to type Verma)
