I've gathered that if you own property, it's a good idea to declare it when applying for a TRV visa. Further, I've been told that I'll need to submit property ownership papers, valuation and property tax statements. On that note, I would like to read first hand experiences from those who have gone through the procedure themselves.
- What documents did YOU present as proof of real estate ownership? Did you get them notarized?
- Where I live, property deeds are dozens of pages long. Was it the case with you? If so, did you send them copies of the whole thing?
- If you submitted a valuation of your property, what format or document did you use? How, who/where did you get this document from? (Government Registrar or private firm dealing in real estate) How up to date was this valuation?
- Did you mention the property and its valuation in the cover letter?
