Please advise
Can we use paper divider or binder clip to separate each section of the application ? What you think what is the best way to separate each section of the application?
it clearly states on the guide in step 5:

"Before moving on to Step 6, check to make sure you have avoided these common mistakes:
  • Don’t use staples, binders, plastic sleeves, folders or albums to submit your application. Elastic bands for photos or paper clips are acceptable."

Definitely lucky! I don't feel bad about it at all, the first time we applied was actually in January and our application was returned a whopping 3 times before we finally successfully submitted it in August, so the fast processing resulted in us waiting a year from the time we actually tried to apply for the first time! Much faster than I ever could have hoped for - it took longer for us to finally get our AOR than it did to process our entire application haha.

Hello everyone,

my husband got his medical request yesterday...

Has anyone who applied in august 2017 still waiting for family sponsorship application to be approved? Has anyone been approved specifically from the Philippines for their spouse to come to Canada yet?

Congrats!
I am about a month after your application received by CIC, and my case is processed by CPC-Miss, instead of my local VO. So hopefully I will have some good news in the next month or two. And yours looked a lot like mine, it took about 41 days for me to receive AOR1, then about another month to receive SA. The AOR1 is about in average time frame, but SA is definitely slower than most. Then we received confirmation that our case will be processed by CPC-Miss, and they requested for Med, which I have done and CPC-Miss had received a month ago.

My ECAS still shows the third line of that they had received my Medical Result, though.

Hi All

Another question. PA address changed and I needs to update it. August 2017 applicant..But I didn't get AOR2 email, Medical did at Dubai and PA's ecas shows your application started to process on October 27. I am not sure which one is PA's visa office as I didn't receive AOR2!! is it New Delhi or Mississauga????? When we applied, PA was working in Dubai, now permanently moved to back home(India). As per CIC website if the applicant is in Canada for address change use web form otherwise contact respective local visa office. This is my situation and confused where I need to contact them to update address? I was wondering sponsor(in Canada) can update PA's address through web form?

Regards

Hey guys! August 8th applicant, just noticed today when logging in to GCKey that they are now processing our background check (not sure exact date this changed, but it was within the last couple days) . Also our application is being processed in Mississauga.
congratulations. Hoping for Decision made soon!

I'm in a Facebook group with a lot of people from the Phillippines and DM/PPRs have been flowing in for March/April/May/June applicants very heavily over the past couple of days. So you may have a couple more months to wait still, but hopefully not too much longer!

Congratulations!! Its a hope for all August applicant. From what Visa Office does your application processed?

I was at the Mississauga VO. :)
