Appendix A is included in the PPR letter and asks for Name, passport number, passport expiry date, height, eye color and native language of the applicant.

Hello, i am a pakistani national, currently working in Dubai on work visa. i recently got married to a canadian citizen in pakistan. my question is: when will i need to complete the medical test. will it be after I submit my application?, if the canadian immigration does ask for medical test after, can i complete and submit it in Dubai?, can I also give my present address in Dubai,so all mail can come there? Please let me know.

The medical will be requested a few weeks/months after you submit your application. Yes, you can complete the medical from Dubai, and they will submit the results for you. There are 5 locations in Dubai where you can get your medical done, check here http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx
And yes, you can give your present address in Dubai.

Hi, I was asked schedule A three times each time pointing a different thing but I was explicit in asking what did you find wrong soon after I got the request, sometimes it was address, signature missing or some other issue. But the issue was each time they were asking one thing and I corrected that particular issue and once they got all the info, the file was processed to the next stage

where is that thread for UK sponsorship? It has this spreadsheet for all files that have gone to LVO and it gives me a better picture of where they have stopped in December in regards to handing out PPRs. The last date in May they have worked on is May 23rd.

yes you need to be very careful and i think this needs to be filled by PA but yes as sponsor you can fill but it should show PA fill it out

Thanks for the reply. In the Part C of imm5532 it says both PA and Sponsor should fill it.
I wrote "Principal Applicant currently resides in (pakistan address) with Sponsors Parents, namely: (my parents name) (Father-in-law and Mother-in-law of Principal Applicant). The Sponsor resides alone in (my Canada address). Currently Principal Applicant does not have a Canadian Permanent Residency. Once she is approved for PR, she will move to Canada to live with the sponsor."

Will try to use as if we both wrote it will not use I or her but rather keep it like PA and Sponsor in every answer.
