Just call CIC on +1 613 944 4000 or send an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca. If you are ready to land before your medical expiry, ask them to remove re medical request. I heard on this forum that they removed re medical request for someone. Even last week, i called on this number after my medical status changed from passed and they told me that my medical is expiring so status is changed but officer have not decided for re medical as you are ready to land before medical expiry. If your file is not finalized before medical expiry then officer will ask re medical or extend the medical.

Ecas is showing status as 'Decision Made' as of this morning. No change in Mycic (i.e. Background check in progress). I am guessing (and hoping) that they will ask for passport through MyCic soon (a few days?).

My parents received the similar request: IME/PCC, Foreign Travel, Photos etc
We have uploaded IME/PCC to mycic account, emailed the softcopy of all documents to the email address of NDVO and hardcopy by speedpost.

My parents an email from London visa office to submit the passports to Otawa office with appendix A and photographs so that COPR could be issued.Anyone knows how long Ottawa takes to return the passports ?
And are there any options to complete the landing procedure without crossing the border ? like any CIC offices ?
They asked for the 2 photographs as well so if they will need photographs again while landing for PR card or that is all ?

Another update. Finally received passport and photographs request by email just now. The request came by email directly and not via MyCIC account.

Need your help. My parents did their medicals January 17 2017. I received letter for my mother to do re medicals while my father (principal applicant) received pre landing instructions. Does this mean my father doesn't need to do re medicals? Please advise if anyone else had same issue.

I hope someone can answer my question. My parents got their first medical done Dec 2016 and second medical done Dec 23 2017. I just received an email today asking for their passports which is exiting news. Only issue is they are currently visiting us in Canada. What's the best way of sending the passports? The Email asking to send to Beijing Visa Application Centre but there is another option saying "If you have a mailing address in Canada and if you and all the accompanying dependants on your application are currently in Canada and plan to be in Canada for at least three months, you may submit your package to the Case Processing Centre – Ottawa". So do you guys have any experience of using the Ottawa CPC when you parents are in Canada and how long it takes? I heard Bejing Application centre is faster but I don't want to mail such important documents overseas via carrier.

Yesterday I got passport request in my email. And the ecas status changed to decision made. Thank God, thanks everybody in this forum who share the experiences.
Thanks. What's your timeline? The spreadsheet shows as you got PCC and Medical in December last year..is that accurate?
