My Net Surrendar Value for Life insurance is more than 10,000 Canadian Dollar, from , Life Insurance corporation of India company [ LIC ] , can you kindly tell me, is this acceptable to show Proof Of Settlement Funds ?

Tax Free Savings Accounts (TFSAs) : National Saving Certificate [ NSC ] I have 3,000 Canadian Dollar worth NSC, in my name, and it is one year old , can you kindly tell me, is this acceptable to show Proof Of Settlement Funds ?

Provident Funds (an official letter from the provident fund organization indicating the amount of funds that are accessible is required)
I have Public Provident Funds [ PPF] , which is again under Government Undertaking. and its worth is 5,000 Canadian Dollars, in my name, and it is one year old , can you kindly tell me, is this acceptable to show Proof Of Settlement Funds ?
Can you Kindly tell me, in above three funds, which all funds can I use to show ''Settlement of Funds'' and other Procedures , Please. I will appreciate your response, and I am very Thankful for your time .
