FCP Pending review

I have all passed even security blank with 15(1) which is passed
Except criminality not started and info sharing is in progress even is already ready to be assessed .
I got medical extended and pre arrival . Any hints

Why all ignore this even is not mentioned much in all forum or internet. People are picky to answer usless question anyone can know but they never try to answer stuff never being explained.

What is the step FCP review in file location and how possible that security done and criminality not .

That is because people like to answer stuff that has been answered 1000 times to get their post count go up lol

Yes I guess so too as I asked this code of notes in 10 threads they just ignore it but they explain how to write your name on forms as people not know how to write thier names . Lol

The only result I reached searching FCP is can be Family class priority which I can not understand how priority if I wait already 15 month what if it was not priority. Plus they take 9 months to open file for first time ever .
Hope someone else have other info on this

Sorry but I don't know what FCP means. I just wanted to say that it is crazy that it takes them 9 months to open your file and not start your criminality check after almost a year, while a lot of people are completely finished having their applications processed in 9 months or less. There is something so wrong with this! For us the security check is not done (says not started, but I don't think this is true as they blanked out a lot of stuff in our GCMS notes and have those number codes on them and they started our criminality check on February 22, 2017 and it's still not done as of beginning of December. I don't know why because my partner only lived in 2 countries and we provided police report/RCMP fingerprint report for both and they are both clear. He never worked for the government and never was in the military and no ties to any suspicious organizations and only visited several countries in Europe for vacation once for 3 weeks. I just don't get why they do these checks in different order for different applications.

Anyways, I hope that very soon all of us applicants from Jan get a nice surprise in the way of a PPR in early 2018!

Yes I sent my application 26 oct 2016, first review in Visa Office was same day of GCMS notes 8 August 2017 and request documents September 24 and start background checks 8 November. I got tired from them when send to them say is within processing time even it exceeds it.
I guess if not requested the notes will be forgotten until now .

I hope too for this year all waiting get good news , and I not belive they update notes too as they never do thier work correctly .

None of it is correct or fair. I sent a straight forward app in January and people who applied in July landed before me. My app was as straight forward as it gets. It’s just pathetic

Not that it’s a difinitive sign, the fact they have extended your medical seems to indicate they are nearing the end of their checks, and it seems likely it’s going well. I can’t see them providing an extension, without them feeling they are going to approve it. Just my opinion.

Not that it’s a difinitive sign, the fact they have extended your medical seems to indicate they are nearing the end of their checks, and it seems likely it’s going well. I can’t see them providing an extension, without them feeling they are going to approve it. Just my opinion.

I hope so too as I read they can not request for medical extensions before all other processing is done within 15 month of previous medical so this mean all passed and just medical was making them wait as it is about to expire is extended and last update was 8 November plus they added due date after extension until 9 December 2017 even the New medical valid until 8 November 2018. The only thing was in notes criminality not started the status since they have file plus info sharing is in progress even they have the results which I guess is both could be not updated on notes , last reply from cic told me all looking in order the visa office say they wait backgroundcheck results. But why take that time even eligibility is passed , I have not saw the finalizing note yet just last thing was about interview and officer willing to proceed and asked for medical extensions on same note , the removed sentence which I think says security is pass.

Unfortunately, they have set procedures they have to follow. In a lot of instances, background checks are delayed at the source (usually in your country of origin or another country where you have lived long term) and has little to do with IRCC.
