Opo, so after namin nag bgcip nung dec.6 d na ko nag checheck ng gckey kasi wala ng makukuhang update dun haha! so more on ecas na lang. tsaka before christmas nag ask ako ng app status update sa MP, sabi complete na daw ung file tapos for final review na lang, tinanong ko pa kung until kelan ang final review eh possible hanggang march daw haha pero d naman kasi dm na today

I don't know po. Kasi nagpamed kami nung august 2017 tsaka lahat lahat natapos namin september 2017 (including sched a, pol clearance, and etc). could it be yan yung pagfile ng app ng papa ko to be PR in Canada. Hindi pa kasi siguro (?) siya PR nung time ng app filed , he said he applied for Humanitarian and Compassionate muna. He told us na approved yung pagsponsor niya sa amin mga July 2017, tapos sunod sunod na. Sabi ni papa waiting na daw kami for PPR.

Medyo confused po ako, any thoughts?

hi everyone... pa tanong lang po

I sponsored my wife, for PR and her application is in the final stages waiting for PPR.

We are now preparing to submit the application to sponsor our kids, Age 3 and 7 by the time the application is submitted, to follow and move to Canada once my wife arrives in Canada. we already declared them as non accompanying dependants on my wifes app.

The children are from a previous relationship. The biological father has had minimal contact with the kids who are currently in my wifes custody.

Since the children are in her custody, would we still need to have the biological father complete the consent form to submit the sponsorship application for the kids? What documents can we provide instead of the consent form so the kids can be sponsored and move to Canada?
