One question: do we know what is supposed to happen between the AOR and the application being declared IP?
Apart from sending the documentation to the local office (which I imagine it's literally pushing a button since all documents are scanned in the system), is there anything else that needs to happen?

I think we just enter a queue until an officer picks it up and starts working on it. Just my guess though.

Your AOR is coming my friend, just be patient and keep yourself busy. Do not do anything stupid like sending another application.

I got mine on Thursday out of the blue, just noticed it a few minutes ago because I have been busy. You will get yours too soon. Wait

I requested urgent processing after AOR, and 2 weeks before IP, I got the same email message.

Please add urgent processing request in notes line 140, thanks in advance.
