I had my application received by CIC Oct 16th, 2017. It used to be on ECAS but I didn't received my AOR. I contacted CIC late Dec, the agent said at that time that she see the application received, but "for some reason", the AOR hasn't been issued, but she gave me the application number. But...

Same for me. My application is shown received on Oct 16th, with no other information. Will try calling in, and see what the agent says.

There is only one line there as I mentioned showing: We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on October 16, 2017. It might be a good idea to open a case online if I don't see anything soon as mentioned by someone here. Me ECAS has been showing this status...
