When should we request the police check?

Should we wait until we hear from CIC first, before making the PCC request?

Certainly dont wait until you hear from them no.

What country are you requesting it from?

For me, i needed a UK check. I requested it a few days after i posted my application. Police checks are generally considered good for 6 months so i would request it now.

Police check is from Germany.
