Congrats!!. Note that visa issuance date is the day a decision was made on your application. Thats also the day your visa number and other document numbers such as cpr number were also generated or created . This date may be different from the date the visa and other documents were actually printed..when the officer makes a decision she / he issues all the documents applicable that same moment and closes your file and removes from the queue. What happens after including the printing is not visa officer's problem... wish you the best!

I have applied in August 2016, but still no DM. I have sent an email regarding this and I got the following reply. It means they are still doing background check?
