I have a question I recieved an email for additional information, and I just wanted to know did anybody have a problem with faxing the documents? Or it is better way to mail the documents?

Fax worked for me, much faster than snail mail. Ensure to include the letter (that came in the email) along with the additional doc requested while sending out the fax.

Hi Everyone

On my GCkey I noticed" your action required " last updated on 30th November, 2017
But I don't receive any email regarding any action which I need to take .

Please confirm if someone in same situation actually my application approved from Canada now file transfer to Delhi. I am Representative in my parents sponsorship.

That's a known issue with CIC profile. Just keep an eye on mail/email/messages in your profile (towards the bottom of the page), that's where you will be contacted.

you can mail + send online thru IRCC Webform or send email if you know LVO

I didn’t get the sponsor approval yet. And I got an email to send additional documents by mail or fax. They asked me for my husbands Option C or Notice of assessment. Also is it ok to send copy is notice of assessment or originals?

you can print option C from CRA site, I prefer to keep original NOA at home, just in case
or fax them NOA

Yes, I was asked for it as well. I printed NOA from CRA site and faxed it.

Hi, I got AOR on 2nd August 2017 and Sponsorship approval on 28August 2017. But still my ECAS status under PR application shows 'Application received'. Shouldn't it be 'In Process' or something different than just received ?. does someone have suggestion, please.?
(Note - I was able to link their application to online account, and no action required there)
