Visitor visa for brother

I want to apply visitor visa for my brother, he is not studying and neither is he employed. I am PR here in Canada , do you think he’ll get it. He is plaining to go back to school but in his studies there are 2-3 gaps of 3-4 years. We have land in india, which is our main source of income

So do you think he has any chance to get visitor visa?

Hi,

Unfortunately, the shortest answer is No. He will be refused.

I would wait for at least 8-10 months after he has enrolled in a recognized study program and/or after he has started working before he applies for a TRV
