Hello marie I had same issue and i tried 5-6 days and then One day randomly i leave first name box empty and write my full name in last name column and it works for me.. Try this way Leave first name box blank last name :Your name hope this helps

please mention the country and year you applied and is it visitor visa ?

check your application on tracker may be you will get any update from there…(like visa number or expiry) If you will see that information there then your visa is approved good luck
