PG Diploma in Information Technology

I have completed my PG Diploma in Information Technology from University of the West of Scotland, Paisley, near by Glasgow, UK. After completing the one year classroom studies and course works, we are entitled to get the PG Diploma degree. Once we finish this, we can go ahead and write the thesis on a selected topic in our domain. Once we pass in the thesis submission, we are conferred the Masters degree. But unfortunately, though I submitted my thesis, it wasn't approved by the panelists and so, I was awarded a 'D' grade, which means FAILED; and was also not given a re-attempt. So, I had to be self satisfied with the PG Diploma degree itself. Now my question here is, will my PG Diploma Degree be counted as a Master Level degree (and can get a max. of 126 points here)? Or will I just get the points for my Bachelors degree (for my Bachelor of Engineering in India which was of 4yrs duration)? Can you please let me know what will be the points I will be getting for my Education which I described above? Kindly shed some light on this.

You will have to apply for an ECA and find out. In all likelihood you will end up getting points for two or more post graduate studies but I am not an expert and only the assessment organisation can give you the correct result.
