After the file has been transferred to VO, can I upload new photographs from family events/trips if they would strengthen the case?

Do not submit anything additional unless they ask.

This.

If they want more information regarding the validity of your relationship, they will ask for it.

I am getting very contradictory info on this forum, as people are submitting additional evidence/trips which occur after submission. I also called CIC and they said that nothing should be added to the file during its review. So, who is right and who is getting better chances, those who patiently wait or those who submit additional info? Are there any immigration experts our there?

CIC (and the other posters) are right in this case. They ask for maximum of 20 photos and they will ask for more if they want/need it. End of.

Totally agree. Never submitted anything additional myself and had no problems.

It doesn't make them process it faster just because you took more trips with your spouse. It would likely even slow things down as there's more to add to the file and review.

Thank you!
