Work experience by months or days?

Hi everyone,

First of all, apologies for posting this subject, I know that it has been brought up already but I haven't read a real confirmation from anyone who experienced my situation, hence the reason why I am posting a similar one.

I'm in the CEC and because when filling up your profile, you enter your work experience from month to month, I have 24 months in Canada, (in the system). However, if you read my two records of employment in Canada, it only reaches up to 23 months.

Without those 2 years in Canada, I only have 421 points. With two years I have 458. I have received an ITA on October 4th.

I'm tempted to still submit my application stating that I have two years in Canada but if any of you have experienced or know someone who was in this situation, I'd be happy to hear about it.

For proof of work experience in Canada (one yr)
just reference letter from employer stating my job duties,employment start and end date is enough? Or have to submit pay stubs as well for the entire period.
One more thing.Employer mentioned that I worked a minimum of 40 hrs a week and not 1560 as mentioned in cec requirements.Is that an issue?

Unfortunately this is a glitch in the CRS points system as the EE profile counts full months from the employment record so overestimates CRS points in cases like yours. The October 4th draw was 438 points so you would not have had enough points to qualify with one years work experience. If you continue with the ITA it is likely your application for PR will be rejected because IRCC will assess your work experience at the time of the ITA and adjust the CRS points. - dates of employment
- hours worked per week
- salary/wage + benefits
- job duties and responsibilities

Or have to submit pay stubs as well for the entire period.
IRCC would prefer a T4 over many paystubs.

One more thing.Employer mentioned that I worked a minimum of 40 hrs a week and not 1560 as mentioned in cec requirements.

1560 hours is the requirement for part-time workers, it does not apply to you. 40 hours per week is much better.

I started working in noc b category on 24 oct 2016 and went backhome for 7 weeks in between.
So, basically my 1 yr was completing on 15 dec 2017 if i add those 7 weeks but i submitted my profile on 1st of December. Is it fine or should i withdraw it?

Don't add these 7 weeks to your work experience. You don't have to withdraw your EE profile, however, you should decline any invitation (ITA) you may receive before Dec. 15th. Good luck!

So, is 1 year work experience counted the day we received ITA?

I read somewhere that they put ban for 5 years for misrepresention. Thats y i am bit scared

IRCC will examine your work experience in the PR application submitted as at the date of the ITA and should you be under the 12months Canadian work experience then you would not meet the minimum entry requirements for CEC. If you decided to accept the ITA and submit an application it is likely that your application would be rejected. As long as you decline any ITA you receive prior to 15 Dec (I have not checked that date is the 12months qualifying employment you need) you should be ok. Was any of the 7 weeks you spent at home paid holiday? If it was you might be able to count that towards your 52weeks or have you already counted paid holiday?

It was not paid vacation. Our company gives 4% vacation pay biweekly in our payatub.

That is the equivalent of 2 weeks of paid vacation. So you would be able to count 2 weeks (with a letter of explanation).

Hi , I am also getting monthly pay cheque around 130 hours . My only concern is that will immigration will count my 120 hrs or 130 because the condition is to accept upto 30 hrs per week. Or I need more time to complete my experience under cec
