Hi, I am also Oct 2016 applicant and received the pre-arrival services email yesterday. What does it mean?So many things are pending just because of being PR man. Some people even received Pre-arrival email multiple time which scared me off sometime. Its like sometime you are at a point that you have zero patience....
Hoevewer, the GCSM note shows that I'm still in the criminal background check! and security screening is not started yet.
Friends from these forum said its a good sign but still its looooooong. so dont worry. By the way, I haven't received my GCSM note yet. Do I have to log into somewhere or they will send it to me?? I have for GCSM note in October 2017.
What does it says on eCAS status?But in the application status its says we are processing your application.

They will send you the notes to your email. It usually takes 30 days but they've been taking longer lately because of backlog.

Its more than 10 days now.. I dont know if its 10 business days.. In that case I have until tomorrow/
