Hey anyone applying from Calgary after October 11th?

I applied on 18 oct and my application been returned with letter saying that it is incomplete.
i attached calculation, form plus all proofs, now calling call center they are so busy. they give me 90 days to re apply.
dont know how to get help. if any one can help please help.

Test and oath invites typically come via regular mail and ecas update. Very rarely do they send emails.

What does it say exactly ? Did you maybe forget to sign a few pages, used the old forms, dates don't match ? Difficult to say based on what you posted.
