When someone applies, the process will determine if it is indeed legitimate. Gusto ba talaga mag aral? BKit mag-aaral? Yung show money ba is show lang talaga or coming from a legit source? Uuwi ba after graduation or work? If not, malaki ba ang chance na mag violate ng status/ mag-TNT? Habang nag-aaral, mag-aaral ba talaga or maghahanap ng citizen na magiging asawa?
International applicants are viewed as having dual intent to study and migrate afterwards. Obvious naman yung mga nag-aapply is eventually magugustuhan din mag migrate. I THINK what they are particular about is may pambayad ka legally and not working beyond allowed hours, may capacity ka matuto and mag prosper sa career mo, and smoothly transition as a permanent resident.
I think what is not mentioned a lot recently is hindi mabilis makhanap ng work after graduation. Beleive it or not, since we finished last June, around half ng classmates ko, wala pa work, and these people are from the IT feild with atleast 5 years experience.
Again, I am not trying to sound negative but I want you guys to have a more realistic idea of what you are getting yourself into.
Pansin ko po kasi sa karamihan ng mga nag-pi-PM, pinoproblema na nila agad yung PR application kahit di pa sila graduate hehe
