Ano ba ibig sabihin ng PNP? work permit lang sakin pero hindi pa ako umalis kasi hinihintay ko pang maaproved PR ko para sabay2 nakaming family.

Oo under kami ng Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program, August 10 nagpa medical family ko. Yung sakin naman ginamit nalangf yung medical ko sa work permit kasi nung June lang ako nagpa medical.

Yuph ako po principal applicant. Nakareceive ako ng pre-arrival letter nung nov. 9.

Hello,

I am planning to sponsor my wife na nasa Dubai ngayon and gusto ko po sanang humingi ng advise.

1. Anu pwede ko gwain sa chat history namin kasi na delete ang previous years ng chat namin?

2. Sa part ng checklist na kung recognize kami as spouse, sa part ko, beneficiary ko xa sa Insurance ko but sa kanya wala kaming proof. Anu kaya pwede naming gawin? Hindi daw kasi pwede gawin sa end niya mag change ng status sa office niya.

3. Sa financial support namn, hindi rin kmi parati nagpapadala masyado sa isa't isa kasi nga may trabaho nmn kami. Sa travels namin sa pinas before, wala namn kaming proof na nag share kmi. Travels na lng nung nagpaksal kami meron kaming documents to prove na nag share kmi ng expenses.

4. Sa 2 and 3, since ako lng sa amin ang makakaprovide ng proof na spouse kami at about sa pagpapadala ng pera, do I need to make a letter of explanation?

5. Sa pag transalate ng conversation namin, pwede lng ba ako or need talagang ibang tao tapos affidavit pa at certified copy ng document?

1. Pwede din emails or call history, or love letters..
2. Ok lng.. ako beneficiary ko husband q.. i'm not his beneficary..
3. Di din kami ngttransact ng money ng husband q.. just did it 1 time for that proof.. required kasi yan.. ngpadala lang ako sa kanya once.. he didn't have to send me anything..
4. Basta may proof.. kahit 1 side lng.. no need to explain..
5. Dapat legit yung mgtranslate.. i'm just not sure where..

Anyone here who was interviewed at manila embassy? I am Feb 2016 applicant and recently had an interview this week at the embassy in manila. Surprisingly, the visa officer was a filipino . he was very polite in the beginning and our conversation was OK until an observer came in (the minister of immigration himself) so I guess he needed to do his best so he ended up interrogating me. In the end I felt bad in a way but at the end of the day... I felt better because I knew in my heart that all my answers were true and were backed up with evidences. I brought more than enough evidence. I was asked to bring proof of comm. But I also brought with me bank statement as proof of support, pictures, sample contracts/wedding receipts and sample wedding invite. So what happened after the interview, the visa officer said to leave all the proof to give him more time to evaluate them... The interview was too long already... And the minister was waiting.... So I was told to wait for his email or I can follow up the result of the interview. :-( my husband and I had been waiting for two years already... One best proof that our relationship is genuine is our one year old baby. I hope the vo will realize that. keeping my fingers crossed.[/QUOTE
