My Lawyer failed to send my PP request since March 10th

I have been calling the lawyer I used as a representative to find out about my file. Here is my time line:-

Application Received: November 17 2016
Medical : December 2016

She keeps telling me no feedback

I just received my GCMS note today and it shows they requested my wife's passport on the 10th of March 2017.
I called her office and she was not there, I told the secretary to check emails received on the 10th of March and she found the PP request and sent it to me.

I am super angry, Any advice on what i should do will be much appreciated.

pretty much the only thing you can do at this point is call CIC and explain the situation

I contacted CIC on Friday and they coudn't access my file because its being processed in DAKAR. They asked me to call Dakar. I received my GCMS today when the DAKAR office was already closed. Will call them first thing in the morning.

This is horrible! What a nightmare. Hope this gets sorted out quickly.

try to explain what had happened. Worse case is that they will ask you to re-apply. Usually, PP request has to be done within 30 days from request date.
