My Score is as below and my Express Entry point is 105 for English Proficiency. My question is, do i put the IELTS score or the CLB equivalency in the express entry form? I feel like i should get more for my scores. Listening 7 Reading 7 Writing 6.5 Speaking 8

I am thinking of adding my wife in my application. She would be graduating in August with an MBBS. If she writes her IELTS and i include her. Would it increase my points or reduce it? I am presently seating on 446 points.
