Please we help advise us see below from On CIC service permanent residency Immigration my application status.

May 01-2013 Completed submitted my documents
January 23 -2014 Confirm received my application UCI 90212791
Started processing my application on February 17, 2015.
February 17-2015 My first medical submitted IM:12033372
February 29-2016 My second medical re-assessment submitted
February 08-2017 My third medical submitted
June 01-2015 My Police certificate submitted
July 25-2016 I paid by online the request my (RPRF) official receipt#R165780123
October 19-2016 I submitted my passport copy request for the valid passport details

Please see below from Abu Dhabi i have received an email status for my application status

We are waiting for confirmation from Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Vegreville that you have landed as permanent resident. Once we receive the confirmation, we will move towards finalization of your spouse’s application. We will then contact your spouse to give further instructions on how to proceed.

Application received Oct 6, 2017; today, Nov 17, 2017 received an email to link my application.
The application was linked successfully, found a message to provide Schedule A and Police Certificate.

Hi ,
In our case pa linked the application but it says action required but no updates or msg inside.
Police and schedule a I submitted with application itself.
Are we supposed to get any mails for any requirements?
What are next steps

sometimes those are default messages. i would recommend that you call into the call centre and inquire about it to make sure.

Hello Guys

I am new to this so appreciate your help

I will land in Canada next Jan, and intend to sponsor my family once i get my PR . My wife and 2 children 10y & 5y

so under checklist IMM5533 7. PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP TO SPONSOR
Are we considered ' NOT living together " by then ? and we are considered 'Outland " right ?

Do I have to provide evidence of visits and so ? confused

Did you receive the notification from Mississauga office that your application was received or just from the post office?

From the post office, we sent it by courrier so I could track it and see who signed for it, and also had text notification.

You already submitted Schedule A and police certificate, which is different from what we did... Anyway, PA received an email to provide documents (Schedule A and police certificate), which we did.

Hi guys, I'm just wondering if the difference between place of birth in passport and police certificate will be a big issue? My husband applied for his police certificate (nbi clearance) but when I saw it his place of birth doesn't match with his passport and as well as in the application

I did sent it by Canada post as well and the tracking said delivered but no text notification was set up as it was available up to September. I submitted on October. But no any e-mail yet. Hope to receive it soon. Fingers crossed

Yes I knew the text notification would expire so we signed up before it did I’m sure it’s been received! Best of luck!

It is an AOR. Sponsor got the email in our case as well. Use that file number and PA details to check it in ecas.

Hi Qureshi, Thanks for the reply. If that is an AOR then it should let me link the application but its not letting me link it. I don't know if they have change the format for sending AOR recently as according to "Thouldee" , the sample format he sent me was different . On the other hand Ecas is showing "Application received" I really don't understand CIC intention of sending me that email with File number if that is not an AOR ???? Any help in replying to this is grateful .

App submitted: Oct 05
App received by Missi Office ; Oct 06
AOR 1 : Nov 16
they mentioned to link account we did it accurately
Now patently waiting for further correspondence ......

They have provided an application number,

The email which came to my mail reads as Title: Immigration , Refugees and Citizenship Canada : Information about XXXXXX ( Application number)

Dear Sponsor XX XX

This confirms that your application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on date XXXXXX on behalf of the following member

XXXX XXXX


Please be advised that CIC will contact you as soon as your application is reviewed . We trust that this information concerning your Application to Sponsor a member of the Family Class is helpful.

On top of this email they have UCI number and Application number mentioned .

I am not sure if this is a Aor or not ?????

this is not AOR you suppose to receive one more email which will be official document they will mention on that document to link your account. They will explain how-to link your paper file to online account and says about UCI Number of principal applicant which is different than sponsor UCI.
Don't wry you will receive Monday keep checking your email if you are sponsor

I received first email something likenyou have posted here. Then next day received proper document.
