and did you get any additional documents request before ?

I don't know how much time it'll take. I am expecting some update next week.

I did not receive any request earlier.

How do you know when CIC will dispatch the PR card? is there a way to know it other than calling CIC?

One more question, does capital letters or small letters matter while putting information to link the application or not ?
Did you move from US to Canada ?

I followed everything as per my passport right from family name. If everything were caps, i keyed in caps, if first letter alone was caps, i did the same.
I did not move from the US.From India

Guys don’t be confused about dispatched, if your application shows approved in your my cic account then it means most probably it is dispatched.

Curious how I stand with others experience. Wife landed August 6th, have not received any requests for any documents or photos, we were told at the border it would be about 6 weeks for it to arrive in the mail. over 100 days now (current processing times show 61 days).

I have MyCIC linked but cannot link the PR Card Client Application Status @ https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=ecas

Everytime I call CIC it goes through a long recording of choosing options and then says that they are too busy and not accepting calls...

Same thing here, landed 7th August and Photos rejected and sent another set of photos which were received on 10th October but NO SINGLE update since then!!! You're not alone mate

Hello Folks,
I have update to share.. I sent photos for my parents through regular mail on 2nd Oct and they have started processing it. I recieved one of the card and waiting for other. Hope will get soon.

All Resubmitting the photo request journey was really frustrated as .. no clear instructions on,
1) If can use regular mail or tracking post
2) sending the photos for only requested person or whole landed family as specially another adults they consider individual application and send another photo request (which happens to me) so i sent another copy

but finally, here is the conclusion...
1) Use the tracking post to send photos for your record..
2) Even request come for 1 person, better to send all the family. Chances are you will save time on reprocessing...as i sent for both and they processes both of the cards rather than primary requested one...
