I think inland is still faster than outland except for may be Paris VO. Do you know any other VO that's faster than inland?

I knew HONG KONG VO is faster than inland. Some of them who summitted by March 2017 got visa!

Irrespective of the visa offices. Based of the trend of last week or so, applications submitted in early Nov from outside the Canada started to receive DMs. Applications submitted in mid or late Oct within Canada still didn't get DM.

As pointed earlier MR's are not sent in batches ...

Maybe not.
But given that i received it at the same time as many others (29 march). Plus it was just a cic message with form attached....seems automated to me.

Hi guys. How do you know which visa office your application is being treated by?

We started the CSQ process in China. Our federal application was sent from China to Nova Scotia. But during the summer we moved to Cameroon.

My question is will it be treated by the HK visa office (which deals with applications from China) or Dakar (which deals with applications from Cameroon)? How will we know?

Yesterday My CIC changed to "We're processing your BG check", and this morning I checked ECAS and it was still in process, but I rechecked a couple of minutes ago, and now it says the golden words "Decision Made"!!!

I checked the visa office that covers my region. It's on the CIC website
