Good night, I got request to submit Schedule A and do Medical which I did and submitted docs via web form. However, I am not able to link my paper application online. I have created the online account using GCKEY. Any ideas why it’s not working? It keeps saying record not found!

Hi when I first tried it happened to me. There is question about # of people on the app...count yourself as a person on the app. Reenter the info and input 2 for that question. It should work.

Keep trying. A friend recently couldn't link and she later realized she was spelling something wrong. make sure the info you put in is the same as the one you put on the form. Also, in the section that they asked for the number of applicant, if you are sponsoring your husband or your husband sponsoring you, it should be 2 (NOT 1). If children are involved then you know you count them too. try this and let me know if it helps.
