I am in process of OINP nomination, should I Apply for FBI PCC? Where from should I start the process?
Is it a online process or I have to visit some FBI office?

hi.. will it be possible for u to ask ur consultant exactly where he uploaded? can u plz try and let me know.. i also need to file for an extension. my deadline is 27th dec but i wont be getting before mid of january. thank you in advance.. :)

if you are not planning to go back to USA then please get it done

Hi, Need help, please
My current PR application status shows background check under process. I reside in Canada but currently, I am in India for the family visit. My husband who is a primary applicant is in USA on H1B. Earlier prior providing the PCC, CIC has asked for my USA travel history for which I filled IMM5562 form and submitted, which was in September. Now yesterday again I have been asked to fill IMM5562 form and this time the same form has been asked of my husband as well. They basically require both our travel history along with valid resident proof and permits. I am very confused and scared as well since this is a 2nd request for the similar document.

NOTE - I am on PGWP, valid until 2019. I have 9 visits to the USA in total within last 3 years. However, it does not cross 6 months time span.

We got a confirmation saying “thank you for updating/submitting your application” so I believe in the slot to update the fbi PCC. Hope that helps!

When we receive updates with dates, are these just the dates they’re opening or also the dates they are processing? I.E. they might be opening the 10th, but actually only working on the 3rd or something.

Great to know. I'd be requesting for a similar extension on Nov 20. First, I'd send an email to the FBI to trigger a response that should support my request.

Would that email address be identity@fbi.gov, anyone?
