One and only option. SINP OID sub category. (Non EE ). No job offer compulsory. Is just an obstacle, your education , job experience and intended NOC must match with each other. And it should be in the the SINP Demand occupation list .

ONLY This related NOC is in the list of SINP demand. If it will work then u can apply for SINP.

That list is applicabe for both categories similarly. First check this NOC 1112 is matching with your Job experience duties or not. If yes. Only than u can apply for SINP EE or OID.
