Has this ever happened any other year before?

I checked in November 2016 in old kingston Forum and it doesnt seem so. Ppl were getting visas or to submit passport.

That’s not good why would they do something like that all the way till January now they got to wait I guess it will be the same thing for my husband as well when he go for his interview next week well the bright side is they got approve so you will see them in the new year .

I received my package back as I had placed my husband's name as applicant instead of mine in the imm5406 form such a silly mistake having had the correct thing before but due to the upgrade in the forms. I simply never paid much attention. Congratulations everyone who were successful at the interviews who knows the Lord may just intervene and the visas issued before January.

The interviewer asked my husband that the visa would be given in January but does he have any plans for december? As he was thinking if he says yes then they would decline him for being too eager to get a visa. She kept on repeat going "are you sure?" he said yes.

Im holding hope that it can be December too. Last week i didnt think it was relevant this detail. No idea. Im tired of overanalyzing CIC

I was wondering if kvo kept the passports? They are going to ask for the prepaid dhl envelope if they keep it. Just wondering if its the same process

Yes they kept the passport. I don't know abt any envelop. They jus said they will mail it back January.

$120 approx canadian. Definitely expensive and they didnt tell us prior to. They asked him during interview to get it from dhl.

Well he will learn the hard way cause who nuh listen must feel he was told to leave his passport but he chooses not to because his drivers license expired but just wait till him hear di price fi pay and unuh no who naah help him
