Yeah they probably issuing visitors visas for Christmas at this point that’s why. But it is not fair to those who have been waiting for so long for permanent residence. Trudeau issued a number on the amount of family reunification he wanted to achieve in 2017 so I guess he met it. I feel for all of you. My rant.

It's sad to say but I doubt your hubby will be using that ticket. It's a good thing I didn't book any ticket as I was intending on doing because look at the outcome.

Well they ask my husband to leave his but since his diver license expired he didn't which I told him was a bad move so he'll have to have it courier to them and courier back to him.

Seriously my birthday is next sunday he has interview tuesday and his flight has been booked for the 18th, for my birthday present, the amount of planning and preparing and waiting i seriously cant belive this, this cant be true, not even next month, January! Does anyone have interview tomorrow?

Definitely understand how you feel. I was so devastated last week when they told him that especially being so close to being reunited. I wonder if their going to send you that pre arrival letter tmrw in myaccount.

Same here he got tru. But they aren't issuing anymore visa until January. He the passports with them. He didn't even do an interview. He said the immigration officer said she has no questions to ask, she is very satisfied with our application n it's approved. Just that no more visa issuing until January. So we r happy n sad. My hubby also met another guy who was told the same thing. He got approved too but January til he gets visa. I wonder if he is ur husband Mrs Grant. My hubby interview was at 9.

That’s not good why would they do something like that all the way till January now they got to wait I guess it will be the same thing for my husband as well when he go for his interview next week well the bright side is they got approve so you will see them in the new year .
