New CIT0002 forms

Hi all
I would be grateful for your advise-I filled in mine and my family application on October 28th -I was about to mail my application today and for some reason I checked the CIC website and there are new CIT 0002 forms
Just wondering if I could still post my application or should I redo the entire application for me and my family with the new forms
The old ones which I filled in were much simpler -if I have to redo the new ones I need to do the residence calculation all over again and it is a pain
I would be grateful for advise

What do you mean by "The old ones which I filled in were much simpler" ? The forms on the website were released on October 11 after bill C6 was implemented. There have been very minor revisions to the form since then. Please check the date on the bottom of the form that you filled. if it is "08-2017", then you filled the wrong/old forms. It should be "10-2017".

I would advise filling in and sending the new forms.

I still remember downloading the forms on 22nd of October-Were there two sets of forms then ?

Your browser must have "cached" the old version of the form. If you click a link in a web browser, it'll first check if it downloaded that form before. If that's the case, the browser won't download it again but just show the previously downloaded file. It takes several weeks for the browser to actually reload the file. Or you can force it by hitting the "reload" button in your browser.

As pointed out by others: Your application will 1000000% not be accepted if you submit those old forms or the old residency printout. You MUST use the new forms and a new printout of the residency calculator.
