one more question,
My CSIS was completed in July 2017. When I talk to IRCC, they keep saying that a part of this security screening is being done by an organization from your country of origin so they do not have any control on that?
Is there anyone who knows which organization they are talking about and is there anyway that we can request an status update from them?

You can order a CBSA report via this link: https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do . But remember, to order such a report, you must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or an individual or corporation currently present in Canada. If you are none of these, then have a friend who is in Canada to do it for you. If you don't have such a friend or family, then ask one of the online agencies to do it for you (I think GetGCMS and GCMSnow both do it, though you must email them first).
That is true. To my knowledge, part of Security Screening is done by your home country's security agency, and perhaps, of other countries' agencies as well in which you have spent a considerable time. Getting updates from them depends on which country you are from and whether they are willing to provide such an update. Though to my knowledge, it usually is not possible to get such an update because security is a very sensitive matter and is not shared easily.

I don't know if it was stuck in security screening as the GCMS did not have any info about security. The last notes were from September and security was mentioned as not started.
For medicals I got a message in MYCIC account.
