hello everyone. My GC key acount says "YOUR ACTION IS REQUIRED".but when i click on check status and messages, there is nothing to do or upload. what does this mean? why does it says your action is required. If they ask to upload pcc and sche A, they will email for it right?

I had this once and drove me nuts so I called and explained it to the agent, she put me on hold to clarify it..while I'm on hold I received a mail in my email address saying "you have a new msg in your account"..I logged out of my account and in again and there was a medical request..so when she came back she said "your suppose to get a letter" and I told her a medical exams has just been requested. Thank you. Hanged up

Same here, I am waiting for SA to, some people’s says it take 2 weeeks let’s hope untill 14 days. What is your application timeline?

I have not get sched A or pcc request yet. I did not even get SA . Is it possible to get medical request before that?

I've got my medical early on that day and then my SA later in the same day and my shed A yesterday..no PCC yet...So yes it is possible if you look on the date at the spreadsheet you'll find that I'm not the only case.

once you submit the documents it should change from "Action is Required" to "Submitted", unless if you uploaded the files and did not continue completing the steps by scrolling down clicking Next and followed the steps for submitting the documents.

if you did that already and it still says "Action is Required" then you might wanna call them and inquire

Congratz on your file transfer, hopefully you'll receive your AOR2 from Accra soon
