Today I received a invitation to Pre-arrival service after 11 months passed since my application received and 9 months of silence. No BGC started...i wonder if this is something to cool me off with while my process extends another 4-5 months or is it a good sign my process is coming to an end...

The update on ECAS appeared after the application was transferred to LVO with the AOR2 date. Medical was passed before the transfer.

Ours was transferred on Nov 20 2017, PA lives in Saudi Arabia born and raised there and never stayed more than 6 months outside her country of residence (zero travel history). Medical passed on Nov 1st 2017 and, according to LVO, residence of Saudi Arabia does not need a PCC unless asked...
