Bro, I also completed 132 days but no need to worry they will start the processing in 5th month, there is no reason they can delay since your application is ok.

Call them between 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m.....I mean according to their time.
Have been in IP1 since August. AOR 20 June. CEC-Inland. I would tell you not to stress out so much, since there are many people who have been waiting for some time, so there's nothing to worry about.
I have been stuck in IP1 for a long time, and doesn't seem to come to end. But hopefully, there's one thing I know for sure that eventually there will be a decision on my file. I would tell you not to overthink too much about this, and things will get more clearer as the time passes.
I wish that IRCC were more clearer and transparent about the application stages, by showing the medical, criminality, eligibility, security stages on the website itself. This would also benefit them since they won't have to devote many resources to process GCMS notes, and call centre waiting times would also be reduced. They should at least consider running a pilot for this.
PNPs are really slow these days! you are good know and no reason to be worried!
