BLS is an agency who will help u in getting ur uae pcc from indian embassy.

Yes u can get pcc from india n within one day u will get it

They will write and stamp on ur passport also will issue a letter. All lazy buggers takes their own sweet time but in some cases i hav noticed 7 working days things r done.

Approach BLS for submission of passport for Indian Pcc, will take approx 10-15 days to get ur passport back. Its been done in dubai n abudabhi indian embassy Call bls call center to get more info on what all docs required for submission.
