Imm 5669 education history

Can anybody help me how to fill the education history in form imm 5669 ,Especially certificate and diploma issued box . What shall I put in this box (certificate and diploma issued)? Shall I put the date or shall I put the institution name ?

Hi. I think that you should put there a number and series for your diploma/certificate that you obtained. That's what I did but I'm not sure if it was right as I never sent it in yet. Could anybody confirm please or maybe any other opinions? Thanks

I think it actually could be right too! Maybe thats what they actually meant by "diploma and certificate issued"...i think this version would be more correct than mine and there's no need to mention your diploma series and number. But would be great if anybody else could confirm it too..Thanks

I just tried to put the name of my secondary school certificate instead of the certificate number and it turned out that box was to small to write the whole " The certificate of general education secondary school" as it says on my secondary school certificate so it's hard to say...any opinions would be appreciated!
